Stephanie Benda
As the Program Manager for BlueSky Property, Stephanie Benda leads the underwriting team in delivering creative property insurance solutions. With over 11 years of experience underwriting large property accounts at Zurich, Stephanie is known for her ability to balance being both solution-oriented for broker partners and a responsible steward of reinsurance capital.
As a dedicated leader and coach, Stephanie fosters collaboration and excellence within the underwriting team. She is an avid Georgia Bulldogs fan and enjoys hosting unforgettable UGA tailgates and spending time with her family.
Brian Rabedioux
Brian Rabedioux serves as the Managing Director of BlueSky Property. He began his insurance career working in claims followed by underwriting at Zurich. He then spent one year underwriting Complex Casualty at Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance (BHSI).
Brian Rabedioux joined BlueSkyRisk in 2019 as the first full-time employee of QuadScore, a cannabis-focused MGA, where he led marketing efforts. He played a pivotal role in educating insureds and reinsurance partners on the cannabis industry's unique challenges and facilitated lender-driven CAT DIC policy placements for high-value locations in Tier 1 wind zones along the East Coast for major cannabis clients.
In 2024, he partnered with Canopius to launch BlueSky Property, a program emphasizing disciplined underwriting and exceptional service. Outside of work, Brian enjoys golf and spending time with his wife and daughter.
